Granola Butter Stuffed Dates

If you have a sweet tooth like me and always need a “sweet little treat” after a meal, then these granola butter stuffed dates are the perfect healthy dessert. They’re easy to put together, require only 3 (!!!) ingredients, and taste UNREAL. Seriously, they’re addictive. Gluten-free and Dairy-free

Ingredients

  • Oat Haus Vanilla Granola Butter
  • 2 HuKitchen Cashew Butter and Vanilla Bean dark chocolate bars
  • Coconut oil for melting (optional)
  • 12oz pitted medjool dates
  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

Open up all of your dates and lay them flat on a tray. Melt your bars of HuKitchen chocolate with coconut oil (the oil is optional, it just makes it easier to melt). Use a knife to fill some granola butter in the center of each date, then close them. Coat each date in chocolate and set it back on the tray. Top with flaky salt if desired, then set them in the fridge for a couple hours to set. After they’ve set, enjoy your healthy, gluten-free and dairy-free dessert!!!!
